Manfaatkan Bajet 2012
Salam. Bagi warga ANKAD yang terlibat di dalam perniagaan, boleh manfaatkan apa yang dicadangkan dlm Bajet 2012 yg sedang dibahas di Parlimen ketika ini. Utk makluman warga usahawan ANKAD.

Specific allocations proposed in the budget:
4. To further strengthen SME’s contribution to economic growth, a sum of RM2 billion is allocated to a shariah-compliant SME financing Fund to be managed by selected Islamic banks.
5. A sum of RM100 million is allocated for the SME Revitalisation Fund. This scheme offers soft loans up to a maximum of RM1 billion for entrepreneurs to revive their business. This fund will be managed by SME Bank and will be available from January 2012.
6. To assist SME’s affected by natural disasters, a sum of RM10 million is allocated fot the SME Emergency Fund.
9. To enable SMEs to commercialise research products, the Government will establish a shariah-compliant Commercialisation Innovation Fund totalling RM50 million with an attractive profit margin.
10. A sum of RM50.2 million will be allocated to the education sector. For the Ministry of Education, a development allocation amounting to RM1.9 billion will be spent on all types of school consisting of national schools, national-type Chinese and Tamil school, mission and Government-assisted religious school.
11. In addition, RM1billion will be provided through a special fund for the construction, improvement and maintenance of schools, particularly to cater for the immediate needs of schools. Of this, RM100 million each will be for the national-type Chinese school, national-type Tamil schools, Government-assisted religious schools, Maktab Rendah Sains MARA whilst the remaining RM500 million will be for national schools.
26. A sum of RM1.1 billion is allocated for development of the agriculture sector such as the Northern Terengganu Integrated Agricultural Development Project, Sabah and Sarawak Irrigation Projects, TEKUN and NKEA projects.
27. An amount of RM300 million is allocated to expand the scope of the Commercial Agriculture Fund to include innovative agriculture projects.
28. To extend the contract farming programme, RM14million is allocated in ensuring sufficient food supply.
32. To continue to implement the Program Perumahan Rakyat (PPR), a sum of RM443 million is allocated for the construction of 8,000 units for sale and 7,000 units to be rented.
34. The Government will allocate a sum of RM63 million to rehabilitate abandoned projects through the Abandoned Housing Rehabilitation Programme.
35. The Government will also allocate RM40 million for the restoration and maintenance of public and private low-cost housing.
36. A sum of RM300 million is allocated to the special Housing Fund for Fisherman to build and refurbish houses with basic infrastructure to the fisherman who do not have fixed income and live in dilapidated houses.
37. To provide quality health services for the rakyat, an amount of RM16.8 billion (RM15 billion for operating expenditure and RM1.8 billion for development expenditure) is allocated to construct and upgrade hospitals.
38. To upgrade Hospital Kuala Lumpur, an amount of RM300 million is allocated where RM50 million of the allocation will be utilised to construct a new outpatient block.
39. To enhance Bumiputra entrepreneurs’ competitiveness, a sum of RM200 million is allocated for the development of Bumiputra entrepreneurs and contractors through the Ministry of Rural and Regional Department.
42. An amount of RM300 million is allocated to TEKUN for micro financing to entrepreneurs particularly for women where RM100 million each is provided for Malaysian, Indian and Chinese entrepreneurs through a special unit under Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia.
46. The Government will establish MyCreative Venture Capital with an initial fund of RM200 million.
50. The Government will provide RM1 billion for the construction and upgrading of emenities such as multipurpose halls,suraus, drains, small bridges and street lights including repairs of dilapidated houses.
